The Role 

Be the first Lifecycle Marketing Lead to establish and optimize the Signos brand across all customer communications. You will help identify opportunities within the customer lifecycle and execute campaigns to convert leads, drive sales, build brand equity and improve customer engagement and retention. This is a hands-on role and you will be an end-to-end owner of the campaigns, working on a full cycle of campaign development and execution. You will collaborate with product, creative, data and analytics teams, driving engagement, retention and revenue goals. You will also drive experimentation and be responsible for reporting the results of your campaigns to stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • You will own the end-to-end implementation of marketing and engagement campaigns in Iterable, and build event-driven automations that improve the customer journey.
  • Create CRM automations and work on an A/B testing roadmap (layout, format, frequency, schedule, creative, copy, and more) to improve email and push performance
  • Develop creative briefs to share with the creative team and oversee production of final creative assets for email, DM, and SMS.
  • Explore the use of incentives in lifecycle marketing with a focus on incremental ROI
  • Learn and understand the entire Signos member journey from discovery to advocate and identify key opportunities to message members and prospects at high conversion points
  • Apply a highly analytical mindset to all projects - compile weekly email reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results and campaign performance. Share with cross-functional stakeholders, making recommendations for improvements based on findings.
  • Create your own roadmap of initiatives that deliver KPIs that align with Growth, Product, and Engineering roadmaps.
  • Proofread and QA emails for clarity, grammar, spelling and brand image
  • Promote a customer-centric brand through a metrics-driven culture across the company 
  • Suggest methods for improvement and potential product enhancements to elevate the customer experience

Job requirements

  • 3-4+ years of extensive, hands-on experience working in Iterable or similar tool in consumer lifecycle marketing, user engagement or retention with demonstrated success driving sales growth
  • Experience in building and scaling end-to-end multi-channel programs (email/sms/mobile push) across customer lifecycle stages
  • Highly skilled in HTML, CSS and dynamic scripting (bonus if you know JSON)
  • Experience using email testing tools such as Litmus etc
  • Hands-on problem solver with proven technical background to troubleshoot and solve sophisticated problems
  • Experience with dynamic content and event-triggered automations
  • Ability to leverage data to inform insights and recommendations for actionable solutions.
  • Experience with advanced segmentation and targeting in a large customer database
  • Fervent attention to detail. You are confident deploying emails to millions of users free of grammar, spelling, typos, and other deployment errors.
  • Understanding of SQL is a plus
  • Experience with loyalty and referral programs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
