Because n=81 falls below the 100-meal high-confidence threshold, cohortConfidence is set to "low" and all single-item figures are framed as directional throughout this page. Modifier analysis and carb-bucket comparisons draw on the broader 1,080-meal cohort, where larger N allows for more reliable Welch's t-test comparisons on matched pairs. Data is filtered to meals with a measured glucose rise between 0 and 100 mg/dL (ppgr_case='regular'). Muesli logs were identified via regex matching on the canonical food name.
