This page draws on Signos production CGM data logged between March 2025 and April 2026, covering 15,308 meals containing peaches across 4,830 unique members (broader cohort), with a single-item sub-cohort of 3,266 meals (1,814 unique members) where a peach was logged without other foods — the page-primary number cited in all headline surfaces above. Statistical comparisons use Welch's t-test on matched pairs; all modifier effects cited carry p<0.001 unless noted. Cohort filtering restricts to meals with a measured glucose rise between 0 and 100 mg/dL (ppgr_case='regular') to exclude outliers and sensor artifacts. We report mean peak glucose rise across a right-skewed distribution; the single-item median is +25 mg/dL vs. a mean of +29.3 mg/dL. Peach logs were identified via regex matching on logged food names. Composite preparations (peach cobbler, peach pie, peach ice cream, peach rings, peach schnapps) are explicitly excluded from the cohort. Canned-in-syrup and canned-in-juice variants returned no qualifying meals and are excluded. A minimum of 100 matched meals is required for any pairing to appear in the recipe builder; modifier slots with fewer than 100 logs are excluded.
