Statistical comparisons use Welch's t-test on matched pairs; all modifier effects cited carry p<0.001 unless noted. Cohort filtering restricts to meals with a measured glucose rise between 0 and 100 mg/dL (ppgr_case='regular'). Single-item mean peak was +35.8 mg/dL; median +33 mg/dL; IQR 29 mg/dL. Popcorn logs were identified via regex matching on logged food names, with explicit exclusions for 'popcorn chicken' and 'popcorn shrimp'. A minimum of 100 matched meals is required for any sub-cohort to appear in the recipe builder; the SkinnyPop sub-cohort (n=17) is excluded from the builder on this basis.
