The cohort regex matches \bfarro\b|\bemmer\s+wheat\b and explicitly excludes spelt (a related but distinct grain that may get its own page). Data was filtered to meals with a measured glucose rise between 0 and 100 mg/dL (ppgr_case='regular') to exclude outliers and sensor artifacts. The page primary is the all-meals cohort: mean peak +37.2 mg/dL, median +35 mg/dL, IQR p25–p75: +22 to +48 mg/dL, 59.4% of logs exceeding +30 mg/dL. Statistical comparisons between modifier groups use Welch's t-test on matched pairs; dominant modifiers (carb load, sugar, fat) reach p<0.001, protein reaches p<0.01. A minimum of 30 matched meals is required for any modifier to appear in editorial claims; the quick-cooking sub-form (n=76) is low-confidence.
