This page draws on Signos production CGM data logged between March 2025 and April 2026, covering 7,399 meals containing sunflower seeds across 1,852 unique members. Statistical comparisons use Welch's t-test on matched pairs against a defined baseline; all reported modifier effects carry p<0.001 unless noted. Cohort filtering restricts to meals with a measured glucose rise between 0 and 100 mg/dL (ppgr_case='regular'). We report mean peak glucose rise; the distribution is right-skewed and the cohort median of +24 mg/dL sits a few mg/dL below the +28.1 mg/dL mean. Sunflower seed logs were identified via regex matching on logged food names, with sunflower oil, sunflower butter, and sunflower sprouts excluded as distinct foods. A minimum group threshold of 30 matched meals is required for any modifier or form variant to appear in the recipe builder; high-confidence threshold is ≥500 logs.
