The broader cohort of all logged meals containing tater tots spans 3,542 meals from 1,971 unique members; modifier-table effects are derived from this wider set. Statistical comparisons use Welch's t-test on matched pairs. All modifier effects cited carry p<0.001 unless noted; the protein-high modifier (p=0.43) is explicitly flagged as non-significant and excluded from editorial claims. Cohort filtering restricts to meals with a measured glucose rise between 0 and 100 mg/dL (ppgr_case='regular'). Tater tot meals were identified via regex matching on logged food names. A minimum of 30 matched meals is required for modifier slots to appear in the recipe builder; the totchos/nacho-style sub-cohort reached zero matches and is excluded.
