The page-primary cohort number (11,111) covers all cranberry-tagged meals; a tighter single-item cut (n=1,497, 947 members, mean +33.9 mg/dL) was used to characterize the cranberry-only signal. Modifier effects were estimated using Welch's t-test on matched pairs against a defined baseline; all reported effects carry p<0.001 unless noted. Because cranberries are rarely eaten fresh and alone, the form slot is dominated by the fresh-vs-Craisins distinction; the editorial story lives in the food-pair slot, which captures Thanksgiving sauce, juice cocktail, trail mix, oatmeal/cereal toppings, muffin/scone builds, and salad contexts. The food was identified in member logs using a regex that matched 'cranberry' or 'cranberries' as a primary ingredient, with exclusions for cranberry-flavored compounds where another food is dominant. Any pairing slot requires at least 100 matched meals before it appears in the recipe builder.
