We report mean peak glucose rise across a right-skewed distribution; the median peak is +28 mg/dL vs. a mean of +31.4 mg/dL. Kiwi logs were identified via regex matching on logged food names, with composite preparations (kiwi juice, kiwi smoothie products, kiwi sorbet, kiwi syrup, kiwi sauce, kiwi preserves) explicitly excluded from the cohort. A minimum of 100 matched meals is generally required for a pairing to appear in the recipe builder; modifier slots that fall below threshold or with insufficient data are excluded.
