This page is grounded in 17,172 logged meals containing pasta from 7,344 unique Signos members, captured between March 2025 and April 2026. Data was filtered to meals with a measured glucose rise between 0 and 100 mg/dL (ppgr_case='regular') to exclude outliers and sensor artifacts. Pasta-salad logs were explicitly excluded from the cohort regex as a structurally different format (cold, vinaigrette-based). The page primary cohort is the single-item subset: 983 meals where pasta was the only logged item (716 unique members), yielding a mean peak of +37.4 mg/dL, median +35 mg/dL, IQR p25 +22 / p75 +51. Statistical comparisons between modifier groups use Welch's t-test on matched pairs; all dominant modifiers reach p<0.001.
