A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is a system designed to provide users with continuous blood glucose data. It is generally used by diabetes patients to better manage their blood glucose levels.
At Signos, we operate using the best technology. Nothing compares to the Dexcom G7’s sleek, smart, and sensible design. Signos is the only backed partner of Dexcom.
Levels Health is a health and fitness company that helps people improve their metabolic health. Their continuous glucose monitor program seeks to provide members with insight into their health using personalized data. It’s ideal for those focused on optimizing metabolic health and performance.
Members of the Levels Health program can opt to receive a CGM and get access to an app to track their health data. They can also access a nutritionist marketplace to pay for one-on-one support for an additional fee. Levels does offer a free app, but currently only works on Apple iOS. The Free Beta App does not come with access to CGM’s or blood tests, so the analysis and recommendations are not personalized to your body’s blood sugar data. Members can use their own CGMs with the Levels app, but would need to purchase their Premium app membership without buying CGMs through Levels. The Free Beta app does not integrate with CGM data at this time. For access to both a CGM and the app, this requires purchase of their Premium Plan starting at $199 USD. You’ll receive access to CGMs for $199 per 30-day shipment with either two 14-day or three 10-day CGMs. When you first sign up for Levels, the total cost will be $398 USD. This includes the first month of continuous glucose monitors (w/ either two 14-day or three 10-day CGMs) at $199 + the annual membership fee of $199 or $40 for the monthly membership option. Levels also offers Levels Labs, which offers members access to blood testing of five key markers of metabolic health (Fasting Insulin, ApoB, Triglycerides, Uric Acid, and HbA1c). Levels Labs include sample collection, laboratory analysis, and in-app results display for $99 (one visit) or $178 (two visits).
In comparison, the Signos CGM program offers CGM’s for all members and access to the Signos App to track their data and program success. Each Signos member also receives direct access to registered dietitians and customer support staff without paying an additional fee. This support system is critical in helping members interpret their data and creating healthier, long-term habits. Plans start at $179 per month and do not require an additional annual membership fee.
Signos is an all-in-one health tool that provides members with access to its app and a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). As members begin their Signos journeys, they log what they eat, allowing the Signos platform to learn each person’s glucose reaction to specific foods. Once calibrated, Signos uses that data to provide personalized nutrition suggestions, including which foods are best for each member to eat and when to exercise to bring glucose levels back within their optimal weight loss range.
Throughout the member’s subscription, they can access a registered dietitian within the app for additional nutrition guidance. All pricing includes access to the Signos app, a CGM for the duration of your subscription, a free digital telehealth assessment for participation in our program and a prescription for the CGM. Plans start at $179 per month and do not require an additional annual membership fee.
The Levels App through their premium plan syncs with your CGM to read glucose data, offering insights on how lifestyle affects your health.

This is worth every dollar. It really allows you to see how your body responds to different foods and activities. It has also allowed me to continue to eat alot of the foods I love but I now know which ones to have in moderation. Or how much exercise to do if I do eat something I should moderate. Even though I sometimes get nervous when I spike I know what to eat to bring it down. I can look in history and quickly find out what lowers it. Great tool for someone who wants to lower their a1c .

I love this app. It has been a great tool for getting my weight and health under control (I do not have diabetes but I’m sure it would be a game changer for that also). The food log is great with so many options including brand names, making it simple to log a meal by just “find” and add. The notification of spikes keeps me moving (becomes a competition to keep my numbers in range).
