Sabrina helped expand and guide the recipe strategy, video program, meal planning, and food writing for Primal Kitchen, a natural consumer packaged goods company owned by Kraft-Heinz. She enjoys cooking, developing recipes, and writing about food. A runner for 21 years, Sabrina has completed four marathons, many half-marathons, 10ks, 5ks, but now runs for fun and stress release. She's a proponent of strength training, pilates, and moving well and often.
