Signos indications: The Signos Glucose Monitoring System is an over-the-counter (OTC) mobile device application that receives data from an integrated Continuous Glucose Monitor (iCGM) sensor and is intended to continuously measure, record, analyze, and display glucose values in people 18 years and older not on insulin. The Signos Glucose Monitoring System helps to detect normal (euglycemic) and low or high (dysglycemic) glucose levels. The Signos Glucose Monitoring System may also help the user better understand how lifestyle and behavior modification, including diet and exercise, impact glucose excursions. This information may be useful in helping users to maintain a healthy weight.
The user is not intended to take medical action based on the device output without consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
See user guide for important warnings and precautions.
STELO IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Consult your healthcare provider before making any medication adjustments based on your sensor readings and do not take any other medical action based on your sensor readings without consulting your healthcare provider. Do not use if you have problematic hypoglycemia. Failure to use Stelo and its components according to the instructions for use provided and to properly consider all indications, contraindications, warnings, and cautions in those instructions for use may result in you missing a severe hypoglycemia (low blood glucose) or hyperglycemia (high blood glucose) occurrence. If your sensor readings are not consistent with your symptoms, a blood glucose meter may be an option as needed and consult your healthcare provider. Seek medical advice and attention when appropriate, including before making any medication adjustments and/or for any medical emergency.

OPENLOOP CLINICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES:
Signos is a technology platform and wellness program provider. With the exception of registered dieticians, Signos does not employ licensed health care professionals to practice medicine, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and does not provide medical advice. You should always consult your own health care professional for diagnosis, treatment, and care regarding any medical condition or health concern. Clinical services accessible through the Signos platform are provided solely by OpenLoop Health and other independent networks of U.S.-licensed clinicians, who exercise their own independent medical judgment to determine eligibility for GLP‑1 treatment based on medical history and assessment responses. These independent providers retain full discretion to prescribe or decline compounded GLP‑1 medications. Signos does not direct, control, or influence any clinical decision made by these providers, and no provider-patient relationship is created between you and Signos.
Compounded medications that may be made available in connection with the Signos program are produced in FDA-registered facilities, but are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Signos does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or distribute any medications. Signos partners with certified U.S. pharmacies to help facilitate access to these medications, but Signos makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, efficacy, suitability, or quality of any compounded medication. Product appearance may differ from website images.
Medication costs are included in the Signos program; however, inclusion of medication costs does not constitute the practice of medicine or pharmacy by Signos. Results may vary and depend on individual adherence, independent provider guidance, and lifestyle changes. Unless otherwise noted, results referenced reflect individual Signos patient experiences rather than public clinical studies, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
Nothing on this website or within the Signos platform should be construed as medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a recommendation for any specific treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
