All plans automatically renew at the end of the applicable plan period for the term length. For example, if you select a semi-annual (6-month) plan, it will automatically renew in 180 days for another 6-month term. You may cancel at any time prior to the next renewal term in order to ensure that your plan does not renew, but you will continue to have full access to Signos until the end of the current term and you will not receive a pro-rated refund for your current term. Credit Card Payment Disclosure: Two itemized charges may appear on your credit card statement, though your credit card will only be charged once. The separate itemization may appear because your payment for the physician consultation will go directly to the independent physician conducting the consultation, whereas the rest of the charge will go to directly to Signos, Inc.

Prescription and Physician Consultation Disclosure: Purchases of any durable medical equipment described on this website require a prescription. An independent physician will handle the prescription for you so you won't need to arrange for a doctor visit. It is included in the cost of membership.

Pharmacy Fee-Splitting Disclosure: The subscription fee to Signos, Inc. is comprised of (a) the third-party pharmacy’s fees for your continuous glucose monitor, and shipping, all of which shall go directly to the third-party pharmacy and shipping company; (b) Signos, Inc.’s subscription fee; and (c) a medical consultation fee that that will go directly to independent physician conducting the consultation. Please note that the subscription fee provides access to all Signos, Inc. services and benefits, including to provide access to independent physicians via telemedicine and the availability of competitively negotiated durable medical equipment (DME) costs. For the avoidance of doubt, Signos, Inc. does not sell DME, and any costs associated with DME will be passed directly to a third-party pharmacy. Further, Signos does not provide medical services and any fees for professional services will be passed directly to the independent physicians who provides the consultation. Lastly, the independent physician does not charge a fee if you are initially rejected.
