Everywhere you look, someone is selling you a version of “healthy.”

Keto, low-carb, low-fat, intermittent fasting, fasting mimicking, metabolic confusion. There’s a new superfood every week, a trending diet every month, and a miracle solution every quarter.

But if any of this actually worked and led to sustainable, measurable, personal health success, why are so many people still stuck, still sick, still medicated, and still dying?

Profits Over People

The food industry wants you to believe the label. “Low fat.” “Keto-friendly.” “Good source of protein.”

They use these terms not because they mean anything nutritionally, but because they move product.
